Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nationwide Agent Link platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Nationwide Agent Link provides a community platform for real estate professionals, including but not limited to: referral networking, educational courses and webinars, discussion forums, and brokerage management tools.

User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be a licensed real estate professional or affiliated with the real estate industry to use certain features.

Subscription and Payments

  • Subscription plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at NAL's discretion.

Referral Agreements

NAL facilitates introductions between agents for referral purposes. All referral fee agreements are made directly between the parties involved. NAL does not take a percentage of referral fees and is not a party to any referral agreement.

Code of Conduct

Users of the platform agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect and professionalism
  • Provide accurate information about their licensing and credentials
  • Not engage in spam, harassment, or deceptive practices
  • Honor referral agreements made through the platform
  • Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including courses, templates, and educational materials, is the property of NAL or its content creators. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Limitation of Liability

NAL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
